কোনো কিছু স্পষ্টভাবে বা নির্দিষ্টভাবে বলা বা উল্লেখ করা, যাতে বিস্তারিত বা সুনির্দিষ্ট তথ্য দেওয়া হয়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

প্রায়ই আনুষ্ঠানিক বা কারিগরি লেখায় ব্যবহৃত হয়, যেমন চুক্তি, নির্দেশিকা ইত্যাদিতে। 'specifies that', 'the law specifies', 'specifies requirements' এগুলি সাধারণ বহুল ব্যবহার। 'describes' বা 'mentions'-এর সাথে বিভ্রান্ত করবেন না।
