Definition

চড়ুই পাখি ছোট, বাদামী বা ধূসর পাখি যা শহর ও গ্রামে প্রচুর দেখা যায়।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'চড়ুই পাখি' বহুবচন বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত হয়। প্রধানত সাধারণ কথাবার্তা ও প্রকৃতিবিষয়ক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'house sparrow' মানে নির্দিষ্ট একটি প্রজাতি, ফিঞ্চ জাতীয় পাখির সাথে মিশিয়ে ফেলবেন না।
