Definition

用来表达对错误或不幸情况的遗憾或道歉。也可以用来表达同情或礼貌。

在正式和非正式场合都很常用。常与“对不起...”或“抱歉...”等表达搭配。不用于表达深刻悲痛，深刻的歉意需要用更强烈的词语。也可用来礼貌地引起注意：‘对不起，可以问个问题吗？’。
