Definition

特定の人や物事について話すとき、その人や物事に限って言えばという意味で使います。

フォーマルまたは中立的な場面でよく使われ、話題や立場を示す際に便利です。「〜に関して言えば...」の形で使います。個人的な感情表現には使いません。

So far as the weather is concerned, we should expect rain tomorrow.
