A pessoa ou coisa 'mais inteligente' é aquela que tem mais inteligência ou esperteza em um grupo.

'Smartest' é o superlativo de 'smart'. Usualmente vem acompanhado de 'the' (the smartest). Refere-se à inteligência, mas no inglês britânico também pode significar 'mais bem-vestido'.
