"slotted" in Spanish
Definition
Que tiene una abertura larga y estrecha (ranura) o que está hecho con ranuras cortadas. Normalmente se usa para describir objetos o herramientas que tienen rendijas para ajustar, encajar o insertar algo.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa mayormente en contextos técnicos, de ingeniería o bricolaje ('slotted screw', 'slotted spoon'). No confundir con 'scheduled' (programado). Suele describir objetos físicos, no tiempos.
