使用投石帶投擲石頭或其他小物體的人，特別指古時用作武器的人。也可以泛指任何投擲東西的人。

主要見於歷史或文學語境，日常對話中很少用。多用於形容古代士兵或英雄。不要和「槍手」(gunslinger)混淆。
