Definition

어떤 것을 아주 빠르게 훑어보거나 자세한 내용을 생략하고 보는 것. 어떤 주제를 깊게 다루지 않고 간단히 언급할 때도 쓴다.

‘기사’, ‘보고서’, ‘주제’ 등과 함께 많이 쓰인다. 빠르게 읽거나 대충 넘어갈 때 자주 사용된다.

I only skimmed over the email before deleting it.
