指用臀部坐在椅子或地面上的姿勢。‘Sitting’ 也可以指正式會議的場次或階段。

“Sitting” 主要表示身體坐著的姿勢，也可作名詞指會議場次（如“a sitting of the Legislative Council”）。不要和“seating”（座位安排）混淆。
