Si alguien se enferma o siente un fuerte asco o ira por algo desagradable u ofensivo.
Usage Notes (Spanish)
Se usa habitualmente en pasiva ('was sickened'), sobre todo para reacciones emocionales fuertes (asco, indignación) ante algo impactante o inmoral. También se usa literalmente para causar enfermedad física. No se usa para cosas leves.
