本当の客やファンのふりをして、商品や人、アイデアを人気・信頼があるように見せかける人たちです。多くは報酬をもらって行います。

「サクラ」や「やらせ」はインターネット上の偽レビューや宣伝など、否定的なニュアンスが強い言葉です。正直なファンには使いません。
