'second' का बहुवचन: समय की इकाइयाँ, जिनमें से प्रत्येक एक मिनट का साठवां हिस्सा होती है। 'seconds' भोजन की दूसरी सर्विंग के लिए भी उपयोग होता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

अधिकतर समय के लिए प्रयोग ('in ten seconds'), हमेशा बहुवचन में। अनौपचारिक रूप से 'seconds' का अर्थ अतिरिक्त भोजन से भी हो सकता है। 'the second' (क्रमवाचक) या 'secondhand' (दूसरे हाथ) से न मिलाएँ।
