スカウトマスターは、ボーイスカウトの部隊を指導し、管理する大人のリーダーです。

主にボーイスカウトなどの組織で使う正式な呼び方です。多くは男性ですが、団体によって女性リーダーも「スカウトリーダー」と呼ぶことがあります。
