Definition

हरा प्याज़ एक प्रकार की छोटी प्याज है, जिसमें लंबा, पतला हरा डंठल और छोटा सफेद बल्ब होता है। इसका हरा और सफेद दोनों भाग कच्चा या हलका पकाकर खाया जा सकता है।
