Uma casquinha é uma camada seca e áspera que cobre um ferimento enquanto ele cicatriza. Informalmente, também pode ser usada para alguém que trabalha durante uma greve.

No contexto médico, 'casquinha' é neutro. Para alguém que quebra greve (fura-greve), é gíria ofensiva e só usada em contextos trabalhistas. Não use para crostas normais não relacionadas a feridas.
