Definition

স্যুরিয়ান হল এমন এক প্রকারের সরীসৃপ, যাদের মধ্যে টিকিটিকি ও এদের প্রাচীন আত্মীয়রা অন্তর্ভুক্ত। প্রায়ই পুরাতাত্ত্বিক বা জীববৈজ্ঞানিক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়।

'স্যুরিয়ান' শুধুমাত্র বৈজ্ঞানিক আলোচনায় ব্যবহার হয়। দৈনন্দিন ভাষায় সচরাচর ব্যবহৃত হয় না এবং 'ডাইনোসর' শব্দের চেয়ে বিস্তৃত।
