ソースパンは長い取っ手と蓋が付いた深い鍋で、コンロで料理や煮込みに使われます。

ソースやスープ、少量の料理を作る時によく使う調理器具です。フライパン（平たい鍋）とは違い、深くて取っ手が長いのが特徴です。「ソースパンで煮る」などの表現で使われます。
