Definition

सॉस वह तरल या अर्ध-तरल खाद्य पदार्थ है जो दूसरे खाने में स्वाद या नमी बढ़ाने के लिए डाला जाता है। इसे पकाते समय भी इस्तेमाल किया जा सकता है और ऊपर से डालकर भी परोसा जा सकता है।
