Definition

人が集まるための広い部屋やホール。授業、会議、イベントなどに使われます。

「salle」は主に「salle de classe（教室）」「salle de réunion（会議室）」など、集団利用の大きな部屋に使われます。寝室には使いません。

The meeting is in the main salle downstairs.
