低くて連続する響きのある音。雷やお腹がすいた時の音などに使います。

“Stomach rumbles”はお腹が鳴る意味で、“thunder rumbles”は雷の鳴り響く音に使う。「rambles」（とりとめもなく話す）と混同しないように。
