Rokfor, koyun sütünden yapılan, güçlü aroması ve mavi-yeşil küf damarları ile bilinen ünlü bir Fransız peyniridir.

Genellikle salatalar, soslar ve gurme yemeklerde kullanılır. Keskin kokusu ve tadı herkesin hoşuna gitmeyebilir. 'Rokfor' sadece Fransa'nın belirli bölgesinde üretilen peynir için kullanılır.
