結果とは、ある行動や出来事、試験などの後に生じるものや得られるものです。試験の点数や競技の成績などにも使います。

「the result of」や「as a result」などの表現でよく使われます。「test results」「end result」などの形も覚えておきましょう。「result」と「reason」（理由）は意味が違います。
