決意決議

Definition

決意とは、何かをする・しないと強く決めた約束や決心のことです。組織や団体による公式な決議にも使われます。

「New Year's resolutions」は新年の目標という意味でよく使われます。会議や公式の場では「決議」の意味になることもあります。「solution」（解決）とは別なので注意が必要です。単数は「resolution」です。

Many people make resolutions at the beginning of the year.

多くの人は年の初めに**決意**を立てます。
