Definition

কিছু ব্যবহারের পর বা অপসারণের পর যা রয়ে যায়, অর্থাৎ কোন কিছু শেষ হওয়ার পর অবশিষ্ট অংশ বা প্রভাব।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

এটি সাধারণত বৈজ্ঞানিক বা আনুষ্ঠানিক প্রসঙ্গে ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'residual value', 'residual effects' এর মতো শব্দগুচ্ছে আগে ব্যবহৃত হয়। মূল প্রক্রিয়া শেষ হওয়ার পর যে অংশ রয়ে যায়, তা বোঝাতে ব্যবহৃত।
