自分が不当な扱いを受けたり、他人が欲しいものを持っていることで、内心で怒りや恨みを感じている状態を表します。比較的長く続く感情です。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

形式的または中立的な語で、短期的な反応よりも、心に残り続ける感情に使います。「〜にresentfulになる」「〜にresentfulだ」といった言い方が一般的です。
