Definition

道徳的に悪い行動をし、恥知らずだと思われている人々。冗談っぽく、いたずら好きな人や型破りな人を指して使われることが多い。

主にフォーマルまたは古風な語。いたずら好きで人を傷つけない悪童などを冗談交じりに表現する時に使われる。現代の日常会話ではめったに使われない。

Those reprobates were causing trouble in the park.
