何かをすることに消極的で、あまりやりたくない気持ち。たいてい迷いやためらいがある時に使う表現。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

「～したがらない」は人や集団どちら에도使える。完全な拒否ではなく、ためらい・消極性を表す点に注意。フォーマル・カジュアル両方で使う。
