المستطيلات هي أشكال مسطحة ذات أربعة أضلاع، يكون كل ضلعين متقابلين متساويين وجميع الزوايا قائمة.

'مستطيلات' هو جمع 'مستطيل'. يُستخدم غالبًا في الرياضيات والهندسة والتصميم. من الشائع قول 'رسم المستطيلات' و'المستطيلات والمربعات'. لا تخلط بينها وبين 'مربع' (جميع الأضلاع متساوية).
