Definition

一度確認したことをもう一度確認して、正しいか有効か念のため確かめること。

主にビジネスやフォーマルな場面（旅行の予約、会議等）の表現です。'reconfirm your reservation'（予約の再確認）などで使われ、日常会話ではあまり使いません。

Please reconfirm your hotel booking before arrival.

到着前にホテル予約を**再確認してください**。
