দুই জন বা দলের মধ্যে ঝগড়া বা মতভেদ হওয়ার পরে তাদের আবার বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ সম্পর্কে ফিরিয়ে আনাকে বোঝায়।

'Reconciliate' খুবই আনুষ্ঠানিক এবং ইংরেজিতে আজকাল দুর্লভ; সাধারণ ভাষায় 'reconcile', 'মিটমাট করা', বা 'সম্পর্ক জোড়া' বলা হয়।
