পারস্পরিকতা বলতে এমন একটি সম্পর্ক বোঝায় যেখানে দুই পক্ষ উপকারের জন্য একে অপরকে কিছু প্রদান ও গ্রহণ করে। সাধারণত অনুরূপ কাজ বা সুবিধার বিনিময় হয়।

এটি সাধারণভাবে আইন, আন্তর্জাতিক সম্পর্ক, কিংবা সামাজিক চুক্তি বিষয়ক আলোচনায় ব্যবহৃত হয়। 'reciprocity agreement' বা 'reciprocity principle' ধরনের বাক্যে পাওয়া যায়; দৈনন্দিন কথোপকথনে সাধারণ নয়।
