受付係は、会社やホテルなどの受付で来客の対応や電話対応、簡単な事務作業を担当する人たちです。

主にホテルやオフィス、クリニックのフロントにいる人を指します。管理職ではなく、お客様対応や事務作業が中心です。「hotel receptionists」「friendly receptionists」などの表現があります。「フロントスタッフ」とも言います。
