Definition

文章やリストなどを書かれたとおりに声に出して読むこと。他の人が聞けるようにする時に使う。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

教室や会議、公式な場面でよく使われる。'read out loud'や'read out the names'のようなフレーズと一緒に使う。単なる'声に出して読む'よりも少しフォーマルで、複数人に情報を伝える時に使う。
