止まらず長々と話すこと。しばしば退屈だったり迷惑だったりする話し方。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主にカジュアルでやや否定的な表現。興味深い話や正式なスピーチには使わない。「He rattled on about～」などの形で使う。
