かなりけっこう

Definition

かなりの量や頻度があるが、最大というほどではないときに使う表現です。

「a bit」より強く、「a lot」ほど強くはありません。会話やカジュアルな場面でよく使われます。名詞や動詞と一緒に自然に使えますが、フォーマルな文書には向きません。

We have quite a bit of homework today.
