Definition
Conectar alguém a outra pessoa numa chamada telefónica, ou fazer alguém passar por uma experiência difícil ou desafiante.

Usa-se frequentemente em telefonemas ('put someone through' = transferir chamada) ou para indicar que alguém passou por uma experiência difícil. Costuma ser seguido por 'to' ('put me through to...'). Uso ligeiramente informal.
