校正（文章のチェック）発酵（パン生地）

Definition

校正は、文章や書類の間違いを丁寧にチェックすることです。パン作りでは、焼く前に生地を発酵させる工程を指します。

文章では「校正」＝『proofreading』とほぼ同じ意味。パン作りの場合は必ず生地の「発酵」に使うので、他の「テスト」と混同しないでください。
