Definition

プロンプターとは、舞台やテレビで役者や話し手がセリフやスピーチを忘れた時に、その内容を知らせる人や装置のことです。

舞台では役者にこっそり教える人、テレビや発表の場では画面で原稿を見せる装置も「プロンプター」と呼びます。「prompt」とは区別します。
