武器や装置から投げられたり発射されたりする物体のこと。弾丸や矢などが含まれる。

Usage Notes (Japanese)

主に軍事や技術的な場面で使われます。自分で動くもの（飛行機など）には使いません。「プロジェクタイルを発射する」「飛んでくるプロジェクタイル」などで使われます。
