人が座る、立つ、動くときの体の姿勢や、態度・ふるまいの仕方を表します。

複数形で使われることが多いです。ヨガやフィットネス、ボディランゲージ、態度を表す場面でよく使われます。「good posture」は正しい姿勢、「postures」はさまざまな体位を指します。「gesture」と混同しないようにしましょう。
