Definition

जिस स्थिति में कोई व्यक्ति अपने शरीर को रखता है, जैसे बैठना, खड़ा होना या चलना। यह किसी के व्यवहार या रवैये का तरीका भी हो सकता है।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

अक्सर बहुवचन में प्रयोग होता है; योग, फिटनेस, शरीर की भाषा या रुख के संदर्भ में आम है। 'Good posture' (अच्छी मुद्रा) एक सही स्थिति को दर्शाता है, 'postures' कई मुद्राएँ या रुख हो सकते हैं। 'Gesture' (इशारा) से न मिलाएँ।
