किसी को बार-बार या अत्यधिक मात्रा में खाना, पीना या सवाल देना, अक्सर जितना वह चाहता है उससे अधिक।

Usage Notes (Hindi)

'Ply with' औपचारिक है और आमतौर पर 'food', 'drink' या 'questions' के साथ इस्तेमाल होता है। इसमें जरूरत से ज्यादा देना या बार-बार देने का भाव होता है। 'Ply with questions' पूछताछ के लिए भी कहते हैं; 'supply with' (सिर्फ उपलब्ध कराने) से न मिलाएँ।
