満足している喜んでいる

Definition

何かや誰かに対して満足したり嬉しく思ったりする時に使います。通常、結果や行動などに満足した時に使います。

やや丁寧な表現ですが、会話や文章どちらでもよく使います。「...に満足している」「...に喜んでいる」と結果や進歩について語る時によく使われます。「とても嬉しい」「感激する」ほど強い感情ではありません。

She was pleased with her exam results.
