Definition

風で回る小さなおもちゃで、カラフルな羽が棒につけられています。主に子供のおもちゃやパーティの飾りとして使われます。

主に子供のおもちゃやパーティの飾り。「pinwheel sandwiches（ピンホイール型サンドイッチ）」など、形を指す料理にも使われます。「windmill（風車）」とは異なり、小さくて飾り用。
