Definition

একটি জায়গায় অনেক জিনিস একের ওপর এক রাখা বা একসাথে জড়ো করা জিনিসকে বলা হয় pile। এটি ক্রিয়া হিসেবেও ব্যবহার হয়, অর্থাৎ অনেক কিছু এক জায়গায় বা ওপর ওপর রাখা।

Usage Notes (Bengali)

'a pile of books' বা 'a pile of clothes' সাধারণ উদাহরণ। 'stack' তুলনায় 'pile' কম গোছানো দৃষ্টিগোচর হয়। ক্রিয়ার ক্ষেত্রে, 'pile up' এবং 'pile into' বহুল ব্যবহৃত।
