'Phone through' nispeten resmi bir ifadedir, sıklıkla iş veya hizmet ortamlarında kullanılır. Genellikle nesneyle birlikte kullanılır ('Can you phone through the results?'). 'Call' veya 'phone in' ile karıştırmayın. Sık kullanılan kalıplar: 'phone through an order/message/results'.
