指骨是手指或脚趾中的骨头，每根手指和脚趾通常由几块指骨连接而成。

“指骨”是医学和解剖学中的正式术语，日常口语一般说“手指骨”或“脚趾骨”。复数不用“phalanges”，直接用“指骨”。不要与“方阵”（军事用语 phalanx）混淆。
