কচি দল মানে ছোট বাচ্চাদের নিয়ে গঠিত কোনো সংগঠিত খেলাধুলার দল বা প্রথম স্তরের খেলোয়াড়।

খেলাধুলার ক্ষেত্রে, বিশেষ করে উত্তর আমেরিকায়, এই শব্দটি ব্যবহৃত হয়; সাধারণত দল বা লিগের নামে বহুবচন থাকে ('peewees' লীগ)। বড়দের জন্য, বা খেলাধুলার বাইরেও ব্যবহার হয় না।
