ピーラーは、ジャガイモやリンゴなどの野菜や果物の皮をむくためのキッチン用具です。

通常は手で使う道具です。『ポテトピーラー』『ベジタブルピーラー』などと表現されます。動詞の「皮をむく」や「皮むきナイフ」(小さいナイフ)とは異なります。家庭や業務用の両方で使用されます。

I use a peeler to remove the skin from potatoes.
