少年愛者とは、少年、特に思春期前の少年に性的な興味を持つ男性のことです。通常、違法で非道徳的な行為を指します。

とてもまれで正式な言葉で、法律や研究、歴史の文脈で使われます。日常会話では使いません。「ペドフィリア」は両性に使えますが、「少年愛者」は男性→少年に限定されます。
